Yes, you can, provided that the campaign is still in Scheduled status and has not started yet.
How to reschedule a campaign:

Navigate to Campaigns > Messaging.

Select the campaign you scheduled and wish to update.

In the Campaign Details, click on Reschedule.
- Click the Reset button.

Select the new date and/or time for the campaign.

Click Schedule Campaign to apply the changes.
Only campaigns with a Scheduled status can be rescheduled. If a campaign has already started, you will need to create a new one.
