Can I change the scheduled time for a campaign?

Yes, you can, provided that the campaign is still in Scheduled status and has not started yet.

How to reschedule a campaign:

  1. Navigate to Campaigns > Messaging.

  2. Select the campaign you scheduled and wish to update.

  3. In the Campaign Details, click on Reschedule.

  4. Click the Reset button.
  5. Select the new date and/or time for the campaign.

  6. Click Schedule Campaign to apply the changes.

Only campaigns with a Scheduled status can be rescheduled. If a campaign has already started, you will need to create a new one.
