Steps
- From your Dashboard, go to: Campaigns > Messaging.
- On the Messaging Campaigns page, you can view all the campaigns you’ve created.
Click on the calendarand select the date the campaign was created. You will then see the campaigns from that period, along with key information such as:

Date Sent

List Name

Channel
-
Campaign Audience

Sent messages (vs. total)

Estimated campaign cost

Campaign progress and current status

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Total unique clicks
3. Click on the campaign whose results you want to view.

Email Campaign Overview
From the main menu, you can Duplicate, Track, Preview, or Archive the campaign.
In the Campaign Overview page, you'll find specific performance metrics including:

Campaign performance over the first 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, and total performance to date

Campaign performance per hour
-
Number of sent, delivered, and opened messages
-
Delivery Rate, Delivered
-
Bounce Rate, Hard and Soft Bounce

Open Rate, Total Opens, and Opens

Click Through Rate, Total Clicks, Clicks

Top links clicked
-
Subscribers with the most opens
Click Details to view more information, such as:

Campaign Name

List Name
-
Campaign Audience

Reply To
-
From Email
-
Email Subject

Date sent:
- From Name / To Name
View Email Campaign
Click View to preview the Email you sent.
