      Getting started with integrations

      In this article, you'll learn about integrations and ways you can use them to connect your online store to Apifon.

      What Are Integrations?

      Integrations connect your Apifon account with your e-commerce or CRM platform, enabling you to craft highly targeted and relevant communication strategies. By syncing platforms, you can streamline operations, enhance personalization, and drive marketing success

      Ways to integrate

      Ecommerce Integrations

      Apifon’s built-in e-commerce integrations optimize daily customer interactions by seamlessly syncing your e-commerce platform with your Apifon account. Whether your goals are operational or promotional, these integrations enable automated and seamless interactions. With access to customer and order data, you can make informed, data-driven decisions and deliver personalized messaging using real-time segmentation capabilities.

      API Integrations 

      Easily connect your application to Apifon using its API for enhanced customer communication.
      Getting Started:

      1. Ensure you have an active Apifon Account.
      2. Obtain an API Token from your account.
      3. Use the API Token in the HTTP headers for every request to authenticate communication.

      Bring Your Own Provider

      Prefer to retain your existing messaging provider? Apifon’s "Bring Your Own Provider" option allows you to use your current provider for message routing while leveraging Apifon’s advanced marketing tools for personalized and impactful campaigns.

      API Bridge

      Apifon can be integrated with any system via an API integration; directly or using the Apifon API Bridge. The Apifon Bridge enables an application that has implemented a provider's API to use Apifon’s API through an adapter.

      View and manage built-in integrations

      The Integrations page in your account is where you can view the available built-in integrations and manage the platform that share data with your Apifon account. 

      To navigate to the integrations tab within Apifon:

      1. Click on Integrations on the menu on the left.
      2. On the resulting page, you’ll find the available e-commerce integrations. From there you can choose to integrate with a platform or manage an existing integration.

      3. Click Messaging Providers if you wish to use the Bring Your Own Provider feature.
