In this article, you will learn how Integrations work on the Apifon platform.

What are integrations?


Integrations allow you to connect and manage third-party services and tools within the Apifon platform and synchronize your e-commerce data. 

Integrations are crucial for several reasons:

  • Reach out to your audience: Communicate with your e-shop customers through their preferred channels.
  • Enhanced Segmentation: Create highly targeted marketing campaigns by leveraging e-commerce segments. This allows you to tailor your messages to specific audience segments, improving the relevance and effectiveness of your campaigns.
  • Access key metrics: Campaign eCommerce impact metrics offer valuable insights into the effectiveness of your campaigns, while e-commerce metrics provide invaluable information about customer behavior, preferences, and purchasing activities. 

How do integrations work?


To navigate to the integrations tab within Apifon:

  1. Click on Integrations on the menu on the left.

  2. On the resulting page, you'll find the available Ecommerce integrations. From there, you can choose to integrate with one of the available e-commerce platforms that best suits your needs.

  3. Click on Messaging providers if you wish to use the bring their provider feature.

Currently available e-commerce integrations: 

  1. CS-Cart
  2. Shopify (temporarily unavailable)  
  3. Open Cart 
  4. WooCommerce 

The current option available for integration with messaging providers is Yuboto.
