SMS Campaign Results

In this article, you’ll learn how to monitor the results of your SMS campaigns on the Apifon platform.

Task Roadmap

To begin, from the Dashboard, go to Campaigns > Messaging.


Here, you’ll find all previously created campaigns, along with key information at a glance:

  • Campaign submission date

  • Campaign name

  • Communication channel (e.g., SMS, Viber, Email, Landing SMS)

  • Date sent
  • List
  • Number of recipients

  • Number of messages sent vs. total messages

  • Estimated campaign cost
  • Campaign progress and current status

  • Key performance metrics:

    • CTR (Click-through rate)

    • CPC (Cost per click)

    • Clicks (Overall number of unique clicks)

SMS Campaign Overview

To view the results of an SMS campaign:

  1. Select a campaign.
    On the campaign overview screen, you’ll see key performance indicators (KPIs), such as:

    • Sending rate: How many SMS messages were sent 

    • Total SMS sent

    • Delivery rates: Delivered, undelivered, and pending

  2. Click Show details to access more in-depth campaign information, including:

    • Campaign type

    • Total cost

    • The recipient list used

    • Number of subscribers on the list

  3. From the same overview menu, you can select Preview to preview the actual SMS messages that were sent.

Channel Overview

Additionally, you'll find a channel-specific summary that provides insights into performance metrics:

  • Delivered rate

  • Undelivered rate

  • Pending messages
