In this article, we will guide you through how to export the campaign delivery reports in just a few clicks.

Exporting Campaign Delivery Reports

To export delivery reports for your campaigns, follow these steps:

Step 1: Navigate to the Campaigns Section

  1. From the menu on the left, go to Campaigns > Messaging.

  2. Select the desired date range by clicking on the calendar in the top-right corner.


  3. In the Messaging Campaigns section, click Search.

    In the window that appears, under Campaign Status, choose Finished, and then under Channels, select the communication channels through which you sent the campaign: SMS, Viber, or Email, or choose All Status for all communication channels. Finally, click Search, and the relevant campaigns will be displayed.

Step 2: Select and Export Data

  1. Select the campaign you want to track from the results and click Tracking.

    NOTE: In the
    Campaign Tracking you can export data based on the campaign's delivery status: Delivered or Undelivered.

  2. Under the Campaign Tracking, click Export and in the new slide that appears select All Rows.

  3. Click the Export button to generate the report.

  • The option "Include column titles in the first row" is enabled by default. 
  • Once you export your report, you will receive an email notification when your file is ready for download.

3. Downloading the Exported File

Once your report has been generated, follow these steps to download it:

  1. From the menu on the left, go to Reports > Export.

  2. Locate your file in the list of exported reports.

  3. Click the cloud icon to download your file.
