In this article, you will learn how the billing plan and tiers section works.
Plan section
To view or edit anything related to your subscription, follow these steps:
- Navigate to your Account Name >Account.
- You will be transferred to the Account Overview. Here, you have access to all the information regarding your current plan.
More specifically you can view the below information:

Plan’s Name: The name of the plan you are currently on and its cost.

Emails Consumption: The number of emails included in the account.

Subscribers: The number of subscribers in your account and the remaining capacity before requiring an upgrade. Additionally, you can view the number of archived or deleted subscribers.
- Cancel plan: The ability to cancel the current plan.
- By default, when creating an account you should be on a free plan.
- If you have a free account you will be provided with 5.000 emails /per month.
- The option to cancel your plan appears only on paid plans.
How to adjust a paid plan?
To adjust a paid plan you should follow the steps below:
- Go to your Plan and click Edit.
- Once you click edit the Plans & Tiers column opens.
How to adjust a free plan?
To adjust a Free plan follow the steps below:
- Go to your Plan and click Upgrade.
- Once you click Upgrade the Plans & Tiers column opens.
Plans and Tiers
Within this section, you can:
- Choose how often you want to pay(monthly or annually).
- Change tiers based on the number of contacts you have, allowing you to increase or decrease the number of subscribers in your plan.
- Select a plan (Starter Plan, Direct Marketing Plan or Email Marketing Plan). You can also, downgrade, update, or upgrade your plan.
- Be informed about the features of each plan.
