My Plan
To view or edit your subscription details, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Account Name > My Account.
- You will be redirected to the Account Overview, where you can access all the information related to your plan.
In particular, you have access to the following information:
- Plan Name: Displays your current plan and whether it is a Subscription or Free Plan.
- Available Emails: The number of emails included in your account.
- Subscribers: The total number of subscribers in your account, along with the remaining subscriber limit before an upgrade is required. You can also view the number of archived or deleted subscribers.
- Cancel Plan: Allows you to cancel your current subscription plan.
- When you create an account, you are enrolled in a free plan
- With a free plan, you can send up to 5,000 emails per month.
- The option to cancel a plan is only available for subscription-based plans.
How to edit a subscription plan
To edit a subscription plan, follow these steps:
- Go to your plan and click Edit.
- After clicking Edit, you will be redirected to the Plans and Subscription Tiers section.
How to edit a free plan
To edit a free plan, follow these steps:
- Go to your plan and click Upgrade.
- After clicking Upgrade, you will be redirected to the Plans and Subscription Tiers section.
Plans and Subscription Tiers
In this section, you can:
- Choose your payment frequency (monthly or annually).
- Adjust your tier based on your number of contacts by increasing or decreasing your subscriber limit.
- Select a plan (Free, Basic, or Pro). You can also downgrade, update, or upgrade your plan.
- View the features available for each plan.
