- Type the email address you use to log in to the platform.
- Click Reset Password, and follow the steps in our article.
Do not try to guess your password!
After multiple failed login attempts, the platform will automatically disable your user.
Ιf your user is disabled, you will receive this message when you try to Reset your password: "17004 user account is disabled".
To reactivate your user, please send us a written request at support@apifon.com.
