What is the difference between account balance and Viber subscription balance?


Viber Subscription Balance

The Viber subscription balance is specific to your Viber Sender ID and reflects the funds allocated for this service.

How to view your Viber Subscription Balance:

  1. Click on Account Name > Account.

  2. Navigate to Account Overview (Add-Ons).

In the Viber subscription section, you will see the following details:

  • Expiration Date: The date your subscription will expire.
  • Used Balance: The amount used out of the total balance.
  • Active Status: An indication that the subscription is currently active.
  • If you have a balance remaining in your Viber subscription and do not use it before the expiration date, the balance will not carry over to the following month.
  • The subscription balance reflects the minimum commitment for using Viber services each calendar month.

Account Balance

The Account Balance represents the total amount of money available in your account for the usage of Apifon services.

Funds in your account balance remain available until they are used, regardless of specific service subscriptions.
