Possible Reasons for Upload Failure
- Large file size during quick upload
The file you are trying to upload with quick upload during the campaign design exceeds the maximum size limit of 10MB. - Too many recipients during quick upload
Your list contains more than 400,000 recipients, exceeding the platform's limit with quick upload during the campaign design. - Incorrect data entry
Errors in the file's data structure. - Column mismatch
The columns of your file with the list's columns do not match. For example, placing email data in the Mobile column may prevent the file from uploading. - Unsupported file format
The file is not saved in one of the supported formats.
How to correctly enter your data in the file
Ensure your file adheres to the following guidelines for a successful upload:
- No Blank Cells or Rows
Avoid leaving blank cells or rows within your data. Blank areas may cause the platform to stop processing the file. - Use a Single Sheet
Include all data on the first sheet of your file. Additional sheets will not be detected. - Unique Subscriber Records
Ensure each subscriber's data (e.g., name, number, etc.) is listed only once. Duplicate records will be automatically excluded. - Remove Functions and Formats
Delete any mathematical formulas, filters, or functions in the file. If exporting from another system, select all data in the file (Ctrl + A) and clear formats by choosing Clear > Clear Formats in the Excel toolbar.
