Reasons for account suspension
- Non-payment
If a user fails to pay or encounters issues with payment, their account may be temporarily suspended. - Subscribers limit exceeded
If the number of subscribers surpasses the limit defined by the user's plan tier.
If your account gets suspended you will see a prominent ribbon at the top of the Mookee interface, clearly indicating the reason for suspension.
Effects of Account Suspension
Disabled Features
The following features within the Mookee interface will be disabled:
- Sending email campaigns
- Utilizing segmentation
- Adding new lists or subscribers
- You can still send bulk Viber and SMS campaigns.
- You can add new subscribers only through sign-up forms and API. However, please note that API functionality will be disabled later.
Understanding subscribers limits
Subscribers limits define the maximum number of subscribers you can have within your chosen plan tier.
To prevent suspension, Apifon's platform, Mookee, will notify you when your subscriber count reaches 85% and 100% of the plan limit.
How to manage subscribers effectively?
There are two ways to manage subscribers effectively:
- Deleting /archiving inactive ones
- Update to a higher plan tier
To find more information about the active, archived and deleted subscribers, go to Account Overview, under the Plan section.
Even if you remove subscribers from their lists, they are still counted toward the plan limit until the billing cycle concludes (this mechanism is applied to both free and paid plans).
