Viber is an app that runs globally. 

Viber is available in over 190 countries and supports more than 40 languages. It is the premier solution for global businesses, facilitating seamless communication with customers worldwide.

Your main identification with Viber is your registered Sender ID. Every Sender ID is set to send messages towards specific destinations. If you send a message to another destination, it will not be delivered to the end user. 

By default, there is a limit of 20 open countries per Sender ID. To open a new country or remove an already existing one, please contact your account manager or our sales team at sales@apifon.com

Alternatively, you may need to adjust your settings or fill in a form or letter of authorization. 

What is the completion time for a request?

The completion time for a request depends on its complexity and the operator.

Typically, the process will be completed within 4-12 weeks. However, we always make sure to ask for an estimated time of completion for each request and let you know accordingly.
