      Create Custom Subscriber Field

      Depending on your needs, subscriber fields allow you to personalize your campaigns or to segment your subscribers for targeted communications.

      Task Roadmap

      To begin, from the Dashboard menu go to Subscribers > Lists > select the list > from the top menu click Settings > Subscriber fields > Add new field.

      1. Type a Name for the custom subscriber field.

      2. In the Field Type drop-down menu, select from the available types listed bellow.

      • Phone number
      • Email
      • Text
      • Date > More help
      • Number
      • Url

      Upon subscriber import/update, Apifon platform validates the data in the columns matched with a subscriber field, based on the field type.

      If the excel data do not match the List's field type, subscribers will not be imported/updated.

      3.  Type the desired maximum character length.

      Data values with more characters than the maximum set, will also be imported unchanged.

      4. Hidden subscriber field: Declare whether the field will be able for insertion in the list's Forms or not.

      5. Select “Create”.
