Apifon is an all-in-one marketing platform that lets you connect with your audience through SMS, Viber, and email messages, collectively referred to as "campaigns." When creating a campaign, Apifon provides segmentation and list options, along with builder tools to simplify the process. You can also create Landing Campaigns to enhance your marketing efforts.
Choose a campaign type
Apifon offers campaigns tailored to a variety of business goals. There are two main types of campaigns you can create: Messaging Campaigns and Landing Campaigns.
Messaging Campaigns
To create a Messaging Campaign:
- From the Dashboard, go to Campaigns and choose the Messaging submenu.
- Click Add and select the channel for your campaign: Email, SMS, or Viber.
1. Email Campaigns
Email campaigns allow you to send a message to your entire list or specific subscriber segments. When designing your campaign, you’ll:
- Fill in the settings.
- Choose a template from Apifon’s ready-made options, create a custom design with the Drag & Drop Builder, or code your own.

2. SMS Campaigns
SMS marketing is one of the most direct and effective ways to engage your customers.
Apifon offers three types of SMS campaigns:

Promotional SMS: For boosting sales, launching new products, or increasing brand awareness.

Transactional SMS: For sending important updates or notifications about transactions or interactions.

Conversational SMS: For engaging in real-time, chat-like communication with your customers.

3. Viber Marketing Campaigns
Viber campaigns enable businesses to send rich content messages (up to 1,000 characters, with images and call-to-action buttons) while tracking delivery, read rates, and clicks.

Failover Campaigns:
You can create failover campaigns from email to Viber to SMS to ensure message delivery.
Landing Campaigns:
- From the Dashboard, go to Campaigns and choose the Landing submenu.
- Click Add and select between Public and Personal Landing Campaigns.
1. Public Landing Campaigns
With public landing campaigns, you can create standalone landing pages and publish them in the form of public URLs anywhere you want; this way you can attract new subscribers by collecting email addresses and promote your products or services.

2. Personalized Landing Campaign
By using a personalized landing campaign, you can create a personalized page for your existing subscribers, as they allow you to use the information of your subscribers on your list (such as their first name or the recent product they purchased).

View campaign results
After you send a campaign, you can monitor its performance in your campaign overview. Key metrics include opens, unique clicks, click through rate, cost per click, and estimated cost.
