Getting started with Apifon

Set up your account

To get started, create an Apifon account:

  1. Provide your business name and mobile phone number.



  2. A confirmation PIN will be sent to your email. Enter the PIN to verify your account.

Integrate with your e-commerce or CRM platform

Connect your data, so you get to know your audience and send targeted messages that are specifically tailored for them.

By integrating your store with Apifon, you'll unlock a range of powerful features that will save you time and help you create successful campaigns and automated workflows, leverage e-commerce segments for targeted communications, and gain insights into customer behavior, value, and purchasing habits from e-commerce metrics.

Apifon’s API also enables third parties to implement integration with the Apifon platform.

Organizing your contact list 

The foundation of great marketing is maintaining a well-organized contact list.

Organizing a single list simplifies management, improves data quality, and enhances your ability to deliver personalized and targeted campaigns.

Adding Subscribers

You can add subscribers to your list, using these methods:

  • Manual Entry: Under the Subscriber section, click Add to manually type all the information for a new subscriber and add them to your list. Click on an existing subscriber to edit their information.  
  • File Import: Upload a file with all your subscriber data to add or update your subscribers. 
  • Forms: Let your audience subscribe to your list via a public online form or update their information via personalized forms. 
  • API Integration: Sync your system’s contact list with Apifon.

Customize signup forms and landing pages

If you’re starting without contacts, Apifon helps you build your audience.

Signup Forms

Create and customize sign-up forms in Apifon to share its URL anywhere (your website, social media, message content, etc.) so you can engage shoppers, collect contact information, and later provide updates, news, offers, or other content. You can also embed the form on your business website.

Landing Pages

Apifon offers the ability to create Landing pages. A landing page is a "standalone" webpage, created for a very specific, typically promotional, purpose, such as introducing a new product, promoting a seasonal campaign, or growing your audience

At Apifon you can create a public landing page or personalized landing page.


Marketers often use QR codes instead of text URLs to direct people to a website. Apifon generates QR codes for your signup forms and landing pages, allowing you to display them in your printed materials.

Create a campaign

Follow these steps to launch your first messaging campaign:

  1. From the Dashboard, go to Campaigns and select the Messaging submenu.

  2. Click Add and choose your preferred channel: Email, SMS, or Viber.

View your campaign results

To see the results of a campaign, go to Messaging Campaigns, and follow these steps:

  1. Select the Timeframe: Choose the timeframe for the campaign you sent and monitor its performance in the campaign overview. Key metrics to consider include opens, unique clicks, click-through rate, cost per click, and estimated total cost.
  2. Show Details: Click on Show details and check the details of your campaign, such as:
    • Campaign type
    • Estimated cost
    • Date sent
    • Campaign audience
  3. Review Channel Performance: Analyze the performance for each channel focusing on delivery rates, undelivered messages, and pending messages.
